The main goal of the project:Improving and ensuring the sustainability of the distance education system on the basis of the best European practices, in order to strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions of the Eastern Partnership countries in the formation of the competencies of students, in accordance with cognitive, behavioral and technologicaltransformations of the individual, society and the labor market.
Task of the project:
- To substantiate the approaches to the implementation of distance education as a separate independent form of education for young people and adults for the formation of sought-after prospective competencies, taking into account cognitive, behavioral and technological transformations of the individual, society andlabor market.
- Comprehensively improve the system of distance education in higher education institutions as a separate independent form of education for youth and adults and strengthen its institutional, organizational, methodical, personnel, material and technical support.
- To increase the professional and general competences of scientific-pedagogical and administrative employees of higher educational institutions in order to develop specific skills necessary for the transition to distance education.
- To provide testing of distance education as a separate independent form of education in higher education institutions in separate (experimental) specialties with the use of an appropriate electronic platform and methodical and didactic support for the formation of promisingcompetencies.
- Strengthen cooperation between HEIs of the EU and Eastern Partnership countries that are part of the consortium and promote the development of their socio-economic potential by implementing a sustainable system of distance education for the formation of promising competencies, taking into account cognitive,behavioral and technological transformations of the individual, society and the labor market.
