Formation of new Ukrainian elite

Chairman of the student government Alina Klymenko, supported by the university administration, represented Uman National University of Horticulture at All-Ukrainian theoretical and practical seminar "Opportunities and problems of innovations of student government", which was held from January 30 to February 4 at the tourist base "Edelweiss", located on Mount Beskyd in the picturesque Carpathians.

Association of private educational institutions of Ukraine, European university, with the assistance of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ukrainian youth organization "Youth of Democratic Alliance", Ukrainian youth organization "Ukrainian Assembly of Youth" organized and conducted the seminar for the purpose of solving topical problems of self-actualization, realization of research, creative, and organizational potential of youth, cooperation between the bodies of the student government.

The seminar was attended by active students from leading universities of Ukraine, among them Uman National University of Horticulture.

Facilities for communication and organized leisure were created for participants of the project. 106 leaders of student governments from different parts of the country became friends. The most active 16 participants were awarded with letters of commendation.
