Contest of business plans

On February 27, the contest of business plans was conducted among young people at the initiative of the Department of Family and Youth of Uman town council. Its main aim was to encourage young people to organize their own business, to find enthusiastic and energetic young people.

Deputy Mayor P.B.Payevskyi was the head of the expert committee.
The best 25 business plans for the development of Uman and Uman district were submitted for consideration of the committee. There were 2 categories “Production, Services and Trade” and “Social Project”.
Student of Uman National University of Horticulture Lyudmyla Zhvava ("Growing mustard for seeds") took the second place and the third place was taken by Natalia Nevlad ("Breeding rabbits in an agricultural enterprise") in the category “Production, Services and Trade”. And in the category "Social Project" Iryna Velyka and Sergiy Gavryshchuk took the second place ("Educational and health camp "Country of success").

The jury pointed out good theoretical training of students, their creativity and enthusiasm. It was emphasized that modern Ukrainian business is growing and needs such educated and full of initiative professionals. The ideas of ​​young citizens will be taken into account while solving the problems of the city, and their works will be sent to participate in the regional stage of the contest of business plans among young people.
