During the training, participants also receive legal and psychological assistance.

The traditional event began with the performance of the national anthems of Ukraine and the Kingdom of Norway, after which the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to Ukraine, Mr. Eric Swedal, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech: "Norway is interested in a strong and successful Ukraine with effective organizations that effectively serve the people of Ukraine and, in general, Norway supports Ukraine in the process of implementing reforms in various sectors."

They have the opportunity within three months to gain theoretical knowledge and acquire practical skills in growing, processing and selling horticultural and vegetable products. And also – to get acquainted with the technological, agronomic, managerial and financial aspects of innovative cultivation technologies and marketing and sales of agricultural products. In addition, students have the opportunity to visit the best agricultural enterprises and receive advisory support. Mrs. Olena Nepochatenko expressed confidence that students will receive not only knowledge but also the pleasure of communicating with each other and with teachers.

Congratulations to the new students who take part in the project in the status of "students of Uman National University of Horticulture" with the beginning of professional retraining and we wish creative inspiration and success in learning!
