Uman national University of horticulture– participant of the program "Tomorrow.ia"
The Program "Tomorrow.ia" annually gathers the most talented and progressive student youth of Ukraine. This year held a special X Anniversary Forum "Tomorrow.ia". For the last 10 years, starting in 2006, scholars of the Charity of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation began more than 2,300 fellows. In 2010 the program "world wide studies" has provided scholarships to 100 best students of Ukraine to obtain a master's degree in the best universities of the world. In 2016 for the anniversary program was chosen as 100 best students by level of social and academic activities, level of research papers that have been presented for the Foundation and personal and professional qualities of students. Also 10 fellows received the opportunity to study for a master's program in the leading universities of the world in the period of 2016-2017 year. This program attracted the attention of many media outlets because of the fact that it brought together a hundred of the best students-activists of Ukraine in all industries and many famous personalities of the world level who wish to share their experience with the young progressive generation of Ukrainians and inspire them to new victories. This year the Forum was attended by former Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, who congratulated before the meeting with the President of Ukraine of all current scholars and fellows from past years on the anniversary of the program.
Quite pleasant and well-deserved is the fact that one of the fellows was a former student and now a graduate student in the Department of management of Uman national University of horticulture – Pavlo Bohachik who took part in the Forum, which was held in Mystetsky Arsenal from 17 to 19 June 2016. Each stage of the selection programme testified to the fact that to achieve success every young talent you need to prove each time that he could be considered the best.
Very pleased that our University had the opportunity to collaborate with the Fund thanks to a partnership agreement, which was signed on 8 September 2016. For students it is a chance to become a new generation of scholars "Tomorrow.ia", to great opportunities and experience in cooperation at the highest level, new contacts and, consequently, to raise the level of successful employment.
