Scientific and practical seminar "Aspects of sustainable development of financial system of Ukraine" (social security, insurance, taxation, crediting)

On March 6, 2013, the Chair of Finance and Credit and research laboratory "Social Initiatives" conducted scientific and practical seminar "Aspects of sustainable development of financial system of Ukraine" (social security, insurance, taxation, crediting).

Head of the research laboratory "Social Initiatives", candidate of economic sciences assistant professor of the Chair of Finance and Credit Bohdan Stepanovych Guzar said the opening speech at the seminar.                     

 He spoke about the purpose, objectives and significance of the activities of the research laboratory "Social Initiatives" and also pointed out the relevance of the seminar and themes of reports.

Reports were divided in the following directions:

Direction I. System of social security (social insurance, social maintenance and social assistance).

Assistant professor of the Chair of Finance and Credit, candidate of economic sciences M.I.Maliovanyi made the report "The state and prospects of development of nongovernmental pension insurance in Ukraine".

Direction II. Agricultural insurance as a tool of risk management at agricultural enterprises.

Lecturers of the Chair of Finance and Credit, candidates of economic sciences O.T.Prokopchuk and Y.V.Ulyanych made the report "The development of insurance in agricultural production in the world and Ukraine".

 Direction III. Taxation in the system of financial regulation of agricultural production development.

Assistant professor of the Chair of Finance and Credit, candidate of economic sciences P.K.Bechko presented the report "Taxation of agricultural enterprises and changes in tax legislation of Ukraine".

Direction IV. Credit support of agricultural enterprises.

Lecturer of the Chair of Finance and Credit, candidate of economic sciences N.V.Bondarenko made the report "Credit policy of financial institutions of Ukraine in agriculture".

At the end of the seminar the chairman B.S.Gusar thanked all the participants for their active participation in the discussion of the reports.
