Excursion of the 4th year students-engineers to Kirovograd

Excursion began with a visit to the museum of the famous factory of agricultural machinery “Chervona Zirka”, on the territory of which director Oleh Dyomin personally conducted for visitors interesting and informative excursus about the history and development of the factory from its formation 139 years ago by brothers Robert and Thomas Elvorti till now.

Then students visited the plant of production of powerful pumps “Hidrosyla”, which ranked third in the world in terms of production. For them were conducted an interesting excursion of the factory. Students were able to walk through production workshops, to acquainted with the process of  production of separate parts, with compiling and testing of finished products. Especially impressed the production capacity of the factory, a large number of modern equipment, including with computer numerical control.

After that was held an excursion on the territory of the factory “Chervona Zirka”, which in Ukraine is a major producer of agricultural machinery, including drills, cultivators, harrows and other equipment. Students were impressed by a huge territory of the plant and production premises, various equipment. They were able to observe in action automated machines.

After thanking tour guide and after delicious lunch in the factory canteen, future mechanics finished the excursion and set off to their hometown happy and full of impressions.
