Master-Class “The Bar Business”
Functioning in Uman National University of Horticulture of the specialties “Hotel and Restaurant Business” and “Tourism” involves the study of a variety of interesting subjects, accompanied by no less interesting presentations. In particular, the basic concepts about the history of elite alcohol drinks, their countries of origin, types of cocktails and cocktail card told the students of specialties “Hotel and Restaurant Business”, “Management of Foreign-Economic Activity” and invited pupils of 9, 10 and 11 classes of Uman Secondary School № 9 the specialist on the Bar Business Vadym Hrudnyna.
The report began with a presentation of special dinnerware for serving alcohol drinks and cocktails. Vadym interestingly and enthusiastically introduced to the participants the origin of cognac from the Region Cognac and well-known wines from the prosperous Regions Champagne and Borderies, the production of tequila (agave juice and sugar), the types of brandies and liqueurs.
All participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with the regulations of the cocktail card formation, feed methods of cocktails, including Extreme species.
In the end of the Master-Class students of the university obtained significant experience of the specialty, and invited pupils - interesting and useful information.
