Uman National University of Horticulture - the winner of the contest of the sixth Trans-European Tempus Program

Uman National University of Horticulture participated in the sixth competition of the Tempus IV program, by the results of which in the final list of projects recommended for funding by the European Union, included 33 projects with Ukrainian partners, including our University.

Uman NUH was joint contractor of 544524-2013-PL-SMHES «Qualifications Frameworks for Environmental Science at Ukrainian Universities».

National Tempus Office in Ukraine in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Ukraine and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine at the basis of National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman held a seminar for project coordinators - the winners of the sixth competition of Tempus IV program, which was attended by First Vice-Rector, Associate Professor Ivan Mostov'yak and Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Activity, Professor Viktor Karpenko from Uman NUH.

 During the event there were discussed the expected results and the prospects for their implementation in Ukraine, the definition of peculiarities and effective approaches to the implementation of Tempus projects in modern terms, as well as training on registration, communication, management, monitoring, dissemination of information about the project and visualization.

 The next meeting with the partners of the European Union and Tempus project coordinator Professor Stefan Ignar will take place in Warsaw.
