Ukrainian folk festival “Stepogray”

Ukrainian folk festival “Stepogray”was held in the village Karbivka in Kirovograd Region. The festival has been held every year since 2008. It is organized on the bank of a beautiful lake lined with willows and cherry-trees. Amateur folk groups from all corners of Ukraine arrived to give excellent performances. They wore Ukrainian national costumes, performed folk songs and dances, as well as entertained the audience with humour performances.

The audience liked wonderful performances of creative groups “Khlibodary”, “Krynychenka”, singing group “Charivnytsi”, student theatre of variety miniatures “Dobrodii” and dancing group “Nyvka”of Uman National University of Horticulture. All university creative groups were awarded with diplomas and gifts.
